Position Summary: Oversees the day to day administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs while carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Payroll, recruitment and retention, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and compliance issues.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• Payroll and Recruitment experience
• Minimum 5 years in Professional HR administrative and/or operational capacity

Qualifications Desired:
• Multi-state and/or global experience
• Profession certification i.e. SHRM-CP, PHR
• Previous aerospace experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Developing and administering compliant HR policies and procedures
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Federal and State requirements
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Develops and/or delivers training to employees and supervisors
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
• Maintains employee compensation and benefits programs
• Maintain current and historical HR records

Nonessential Skills and Experience:
• Perform other related duties as assigned
