Experience in Marketing and Sales is a must
Contribute to the technology documents including but not limited to: design documents, procedure manuals, user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, technical publications, product specs and operational specifications, wireframes, flow diagrams, and user interface mock-ups
Research and compile reference data, analyze technical literature available, verify technical information with related teams and departments and produce high-level and/or detail documents as needed for intended audience
Maintain knowledge base by collaborating with development and Support Teams
Managing and tracking the drafts to completion using company provided tools, document management systems, and shared work spaces
Deliver artifacts based on agreed upon milestones, plans and timelines
Ensure alignment with projects life cycle and manage stakeholder expectations
Must have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Create project related technical documents that look professional, increase the quality, provide well-designed layouts without typos, spelling mistakes and grammatical errors
Produce product materials aide to the learning, provide ease of understanding, compliant to internal company policies and external regulatory agency guidance
Produce workflows, diagrams, process flows the capture collaborative inputs of developers, quality engineers, product managers, and users to make understanding the functionality and features of the product easy to understand
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create and maintain the product information architecture requirements.
Demonstrate proven work experience in technical writing use of software writing tools.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Basic familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Tools and Technologies:
Experience in Marketing and Sales domain
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Knowledge and experience with Visio and other productivity tools a plus
